Data Deletion Instructions

If you have connected to Deal Hound through Facebook or any other platform, you can request the deletion of any data associated with your account by following the steps below.

What Data We Hold

Deal Hound does not store personal information from Facebook logins on our own servers. We do not use Facebook Login as an authentication method. If you interacted with our Facebook Page, Facebook manages that data under their own privacy policy.

How to Request Data Deletion

OPTION 1 — Facebook Data

To remove any data Facebook has collected through your interaction with our Facebook Page:

  1. Go to your Facebook Settings
  2. Click Apps and Websites
  3. Find Deal Hound in the list
  4. Click Remove
  5. Check the box to "Delete all posts, videos and events posted on Facebook by Deal Hound"
  6. Click Remove to confirm
OPTION 2 — Direct Deletion Request

To request deletion of any data we may hold directly, contact us through our Discord community. Include:

  • Your name or username
  • The platform you used to interact with Deal Hound
  • What data you'd like deleted

We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion via the same channel.

OPTION 3 — Discord Subscription

If you are a paid Discord member and want your data removed:

  1. Cancel your subscription through Discord → User Settings → Subscriptions
  2. Submit a data deletion request to Discord directly at discord.com/privacy

Confirmation

Once your data has been deleted, you will receive a confirmation. Server access logs older than 30 days are deleted automatically on a rolling basis with no action required from you.
